No auctions scheduled yet this week
Any member can book an hour and sell one item. Pick a time that suits you — it is yours until it is over.
Sundays are closed — auctions run Monday through Saturday.
How it works, start to finish
Four steps, from booking the hour to handing the item over.
Book an hour
Members pick any free hour, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM. One item per auction, one photo.
Set your starting price
Put in the lowest price you would take. If only one person bids, that is what it sells for — so never start below your floor.
Bidders bid in $1 steps
The first bid is at least the starting price; after that each bid must be at least $1 higher. Members must be signed in, and a seller cannot bid on their own item.
The bell rings, both sides hear
At the end of the hour the highest bidder wins. The winner and the seller each get an email, and a message thread opens between them to arrange payment and pickup.
Paying
Money changes hands directly between buyer and seller, the same as any listing on the market — the site does not take payment or a cut.
Watching
Anyone can watch an auction without an account. Bidding needs a free member login.
The last five minutes
An auction in the 8 PM hour closes at 8:55, not 9:00. If someone bids during those last five minutes, the close moves out to five minutes after that bid — so a single late bid can never win by a second. Bidding stops at 8:59 at the latest, which is what keeps the next hour's auction starting on time.
No bids?
If nobody bids, the hour simply ends with no sale — nothing is owed, and you can book another hour.
